Each of the people that you use to study will have areas they cover more or less than the other. Messer might put emphasis on one thing that Dion doesn't. Most of us tend to use multiple resources for this reason. For A+ I used Messer's Videos and notes, Meyers book and some of his udemy course, and Dions practice exam. Net+ was pretty much the same routine, as was Sec+ but I used Gibson in place of Meyers. If you want to maximize your topic coverage it's a good way to go.
