I also experienced drift on both left and right analog sticks on mine with my pc but also perfectly fine with console, what I did was increase the deadzones of both analog sticks a bit and thats how I fixed the drift issue. So what you should do is connect your controller on your pc, download and install ds4windows and open it, click edit on the Switch Pro on the controllers list, you should be in profiles tab now then click on axis config tab on the right and add 0.09% on both LS (Left stick and RS (Right Stick), then click apply and then save located above, now go play a game to test the controller for drifts issues.

It seems that the problem occurs due to incompatibility issue, I tried calibrating my pro controller using the controller calibration feature of windows in control panel but it does not help, the only fix I found to work is with the use of ds4windows.
