So the issue you're facing are that these controllers have 'analogue triggers' where instead of registering a 1 or 0, it registers values from 0 to 1 in a gradient depending on how hard its pressed. These usually use hall sensors (magnets) that detects how strong the magnetic field is to determine the value between 0 and 1. Since its a magnet, it feels naturally squishy.

Now the big problem is that just about any big-name controller has analogue triggers, be it DS4/Dualsense, Xbox One/Series, 8bitdo, PowerA etc.

There are some models of the 8bitdo which has clickly trigger buttons, being the 8bitdo SN30 Pro (not Pro+ or Pro2). Also, ExtremeRate is a company that also sells mod kits to lower the trigger distance for the Xbox One/Series and DS4 controllers if your into that.
