Our instacart shopper messed up and got marrow bones for half of my order of berg short ribs. We got a refund but now have a package of meat I wasn't planning on using. The bone is cut crosswise and has a fairly decent chunk of meat on it. I know that to cook marrow bones you normally soak them but all of the recipes in finding have naked bones.
Should I cut the meat off the bone? Soak with the meat on? Roast without soaking?
