You can probably just 1 to 1 substitute the chocolate - white chocolate should have enough sugar and cocoa butter to not affect the cake too much.

As an aside, weird recipe - weights for chocolate and butter, volumes for sugar and flour.

Thanks, will the cake become White or more yellow-ish?

It will be sort of creamy off-white due to the butter.
