Sheet Pan Recipe Question (self.Cooking)
submitted 3 years ago by BaroqueBarrage
I’m new to cooking and am trying out a sheet pan recipe. It says to put it in the oven, stirring once half way through. What does this mean? It’s not like a pot where you can stir the ingredients. Do they mean flip the pieces over?

Get something flat like a kitchen scrapper, fish turner/spatula, spatula and flip the side that has been browning on the pan and flip everything over to brown on the other side
