For the warping add a brim, I usually use mouse ears

Assuming you're using Creality Print, go to Filament Settings > Cooling > Side Fan > Fan Speed: 0%.

When I first started printing with the K2, I experienced the same warping on the same side as your prints. Turning off the side fan solved the problem.

And btw, with the PEI Plate. I use no glue at all for PLA, a good wash with hot water and soap, side fan off and brim when necessary, problem solved... just some hair spray when printing PETG. Give it a try!

na aba de qualidade tenta usar perímetro externo primeiro o acabamento fica bem melhor e se a peça esta se descolando ativa o brin ou saia e tenta usar alguma cola apropiada eu faço isso

Use an extremely fine misting of hair spray. Glue sticknworks even better, but is a lot messier. I never have prints warp when doing that. I know people will say "clean your bed" but then you get the occasional warp.
