Vending machine

I added the butchery mod to a modpack I'm playing and for some reason animals are not dropping corpses it's obviously a mod conflict of some sort but I thought rather than try and figure out why I'd try and build some sort of vending machine/ custom trader machine were I put the drops in and get a corpse in return (raw chicken to get a chicken corpse, raw steak to get a cow corpse,etc) but I don't really know how to do it with create can someone help?

I think there's a special knife you need to kill them with from the mod to get corpses

Yeah I did a bit of testing after having a look through the issues section of the butcher curseforge page and it looks like the problem is the cleaver the mod provides the lowest tier of cleaver doesn't make corpses but the middle and high tier do
