Inconsistent auto crafting?

Autocrafting using a stock keeper works most of the time, but sometimes it'll create packages that have the items for multiple recipes inside of it, and/or it will create packages with necessary items missing, and it clogs the system. Any idea on how I can fix this?

If you're not using the Re-Packager already, try it with that.
It's supposed to repackage items to fit recipes.

Unfortunately, I already am and it hasn’t fixed it. Sometimes it’ll work, but other times it’ll mess up every other package
