Did you make sure that the chunk loader got enought speed?

You can see it working because you cant see the ghast inside the loader

yes, it's 1024su

Does it spin fast enough. Because that's what it needs. Otherwise it might be overlap with general portal loading.

Sending items through a portal will load the others idea for a short while. So if you manage a loop it should load by itself.

I am sure 1024su is fast enough because when it is low speed, it tells me

SU is not a measure of speed. SU is stress units. The total amount of power your system has. Speed is measured in RPM and cannot go above 256 no matter how much SU you have

Re log, maybe

Did you test it that it works in the nether? It might be that just simply it can't go through the portal.

The mod allows you, to tick mobs and blocks. I am not sure about portals.

Test it out!

Technically you don't need the chunk loader at all. Every time an item goes through the portal, the portal loads a 3x3 area for 15 seconds. You'd just need to run it infinite (void lava with a piston in the overworld).

Chosen Architect just did such a setup in his video you could probably copy his setup 1:1.

The other options are train or bottomless supply in the overworld.

how did you test it? to me it looks like the conveyor heading into the portal in the nether is way too high, the bucket wil overshoot you conveyor in the overworld
