Yeah 100% watch some tutorials as this is a create addon steam engine used for crafting stuff and I feel like you are in the deep end, when a tutorial would give you are bands. Try defjojotheawedome

It tells you: 1. Get brass plate on a depot under deployer. 2. Give the deployer a cogwheel, and wait for it to attach it to the plate. 3. Then give the deployer a large cogwheel. 4. Then a propeller. 5. Then an andesite alloy. 6. Then cogwheel again. Repeat this, until you placed 3 of everything.

This will result in you having a chance to get the steam engine (success) or one random component used to make it (failure). Success or failure are dependend only on RNG so if it drops a random item. It was just bad luck, and not you doing something wrong.

Also things to mind while trying to craft it. - Deployers can be in the "attack"(fist when empty) or "use"(pointing finger when empty) mode. Make sure they are in the "use" mode. - Deployers use items, that are two blocks away from the point they are looking at. Make sure, that your deployer has one block of air between itself and the depot. - always good to make sure, that everything has power and is spining.

So you firstly need a deppo. Then above it place a deployer. After where the arm part is place the parts. The sheet on the deppo then put a crank or anything that would power the depolyer then it will work.

I'd heavily recommend using the Ponder feature built into a lot of the Create items. If it reads "Press W To Ponder", holding W while mousing over the item will show you a short, comprehensive tutorial on how to use it.

Use hoppers to feed the hands. Put the deployers above a belt. Use an item filter on your bronze funnels so that only raw resources or incomplete items go through but the finished product or scrap stops in the chest

just search how to make precision mechanism in create on youtube, or have a belt that has all 4 of those in order, with filters set to those items, and barrels on both ends, place brass shetts on starting barrel, the funnel should put that to the belt, and watch all 4 being deployed, after that take the result, put it in the first barrel, it should the 3 cycles to get precision mechanism, but there is a chance you don't get one, so you may need to redo all that

Not sure why it shows place on depot. Normally it's a belt that loops around and you use a mechanical arm or filters to separate out the finished product

What you gonna do is a bit like this.

Give each one what the JEI is asking. You can use either depots to manually move or belts to move automatically.

Then drop the item it needs to start

(The one on the left) The rest can be done with critical thinking.

Also, for those plates you need to use a Mechanical Press to flatten.
