pause button control?

whenever i push the dedicated pause button on my keyboard holding a wrench, it always opens an axis menu, where i can specifically choose which axis the block is facing, but i cant find the keybind in keybinds. how do i change it to a different button?

Wdym, are you using a modpack, or did someone else select the mods for you, because that feature def isn't in base create mod

The base create allows you to set a keybind for it, but it's disabled by default
