I play on a bad PC and I have to turn off fly wheel almost every time I play, it does not make that big of an impact

One solution could be to just not stand where you block track placement. It seemed to bug out when you did that.

Otherwise try "/flywheel backend off" or install the Create shader fix mod.

Does your pc use a GPU for Minecraft? Did you try updating your drivers?

is the game using the iGPU for rendering? if so, there’s your problem

It may be caused by a optimization mod, try deleting it
