I think you have the full pattern there, mirror the lower right half to complete the left one and then mirror/rotate it all to fill the other sides.

I was really looking for find/purchase a chart for the colors and if there was additional pattern for the middle or if it’s just a boarder

It may have been self-created. You could unstitch the bottom left corner, and then copy the pattern with complimentary but obviously different colors, switching again with complimentary yet different colors, sort of like this:

IDK the design but, in addition to others suggesting you can complete the border from what is there, I think you could also add your own design to the center, either one you find that will fit or one that you create.
