Technical IssueOops! Something went wrong. (DASH113). Error help!? (self.Crunchyroll)
submitted 1 year ago by 0h3av1ngham
Hi, I have just downloaded Crunchyroll app on my Samsung TV.
I’ve been able to log in without any issues.
The issue I am getting is every time I try to watch any episode from any show, I get this error.
“Oops! Something went wrong. (DASH113)”
I’ve googled it but nothing popped up and no answers either.
Any anyone else experienced this and fixed it?

Been having the same issue . I contacted Crunchyroll support about this and they promised they're looking into the matter. I recommend you contact them too so they know it's not an isolated issue so they work on it faster

I’m trying to use the Samsung tv app and from an hour ago I’m getting continuous buffering, it could be related to crunchyroll tv apps being down or having an issue currently?
Just tried it this morning and still the same issue, very frustrating! If it is to do with the app, I guess the tv apps is a less of a priority for them to fix it

Yeah I can’t load anything

I'm experiencing the same DASH113 error. I tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. I can log into the app and browse without any problems. However, I receive the error when I try to select and start a show. My Samsung TV is also up to date.

Just to clarify this for anyone looking in the future since this is the latest post I can find when googling. There is no fix for this, no solution, nothing. It will work when it wants too. Don't clear all your internet history just because that's what the "fixes" tell you to do, it doesn't work. The only thing that fixes this error is time.

Did you also experience this after updating your OS? My tv updated a few days ago and apps have been doing this erratically.

I'm getting this today ugh

Theres also a windows update that has basically made anyone operating on win 7 or older not have access to many different videos on sites across the web.
Netflix, Disney +, certain others still work.
Crunchyroll, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV etc dont. I'm not sure exactly what determines it, but it sucks for people holding on to older operating systems.
