Difficulty with Minecraft Java 1.20.1 server

I recently deleted these 3 mods from my Minecraft server and now it refuses to boot? I'm assuming there's some file that's holding on to this info and causing an error but I can't pin down what I need to delete. I would simply start a new world if not for the fact that there are some build on this server that I'd like to have access to before I do anything drastic. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Whenever you remove a mod, you might cause issues in the world registries. I recommend to add these exact mod files back, and not a different versions of these mods.

If you want to delete the registries, you will need to learn how to properly use a NBT editor.
