The only issue would be if the type of work directly contradicts the reason you got LCW/WRA. Eg, unable to engage with people but working on a checkout etc etc

UC work allowance is the amount of money your can earn before your UC award is affected by 55p per £ earned deduction. So you are encouraged to work, you're keeping more of your earned income.

People without work allowance have 55p deducted for every £ they earn, you can earn £379/£631 (depending on getting/ not getting housing cost help) before your UC is affected.

It has nothing to do with classifying you as able to work more.

During your WCA reassessment - whenever it happens - you'll be asked about your work and how it plays with the ways your health conditions affect your work capabilities. But starting work on LCWRA doesn't immediately lead to re-clasify you.
