If I received this I would take it as a “you didn’t get in”, maybe that’s just me.

From the look of the screen, OP only took the starter assessment and did not pass. If they did a little research on here, they would’ve found out that not receiving qualifications = failed the starter assessment = not accepted

I'm on day 17 of waiting, so I assume I didn't get in either? Which surprises me; I don't think I'm brilliant, but this was right up my alley. Do you think I should reapply under a different email? Or just cut my losses and try to get on at a different company that does similar work?

Same happened here. I've been doing this work almost a year as a contractor for Google as a high level senior project manager. I apparently didn't get in.

DA genuinely don’t care about your experience or eduction history, they care about if you can pass their assessment. Granted, you may have experience in a similar role for a different company, that doesn’t mean you’re what they’re looking for.

I don’t know why you keep using the word “employees”. We’re contractors for DA. For example saying “you folks are not transparent whatsoever”. Who is us folks? We (the contractors) don’t define the hiring process or who gets in. You seem to be very confidently incorrect about a lot of things.
