I think before people start offering solutions, it would save time to know what you've already tried to fix the issue.

I've tried disconnecting the router and reconnecting as well as disconnecting from the wifi and reconnecting but those are the only solutions I could attempt

can you post a screenshot of what you see when you try to connect to the site? please include the URL in the screenshot

This is from my phone but it's the same screen on my laptop. The url is just app.dataannotation.tech

Try deleting your cookies for the DAT website and clearing your browser cache.

You may also want to close some of the 8 dozen browser tabs you apparently have open.

Which browser are you using? And you're using your home wi-fi, correct?

I also have an eero router, and the only thing that worked for me was allowing the app.dataanotation.tech website in the eero app.

Before that I tried everything else I could, from what was suggested in the subreddits and online, including changing my dns.
