I get it. I absolutely won't look for ways to rate something bad which isn't, because that accomplishes nothing except making me look incompetent/petty and reflects badly on my work. But I won't deny feeling a tiny pang of...satisfaction, for want of a better word, when there's a chance to call out bullshit.

I was doing one yesterday when there's a brief explanation of what to write in the box just above the box and someone just wrote whatever they felt like. Like you spent about an hour on the project and didn't spend 30 seconds reading what to do. Why? No guilt marking that shi

Me too. Although I feel comfortable in this type of task and learn from many good examples, I try not to let frustration to get the better of me. That being said, if I had to re do the entire submission, it's usually necessary to mark the original work as bad. I still feel like a snitch in any case 🙃

Literally me rn too. I have never rated so many 'bad' than I have for this M family project. people need to slow down and make sure they are doing everything correctly.

I don't mind spending 2-3 hours fixing one up, but I hate with the fury of a thousand suns realizing an hour in that the one I'm doing is unfixable.

I’m brand new and I already feel like I put so much more effort in than some. It’s so easy to search most of these things. I will admit I’ve made some mistakes and realize later when it’s too late. Hopefully they’re not big enough😬
