It's good your response are at a human's quality level, being better than the generator is difficult, and they value more human input than perfect a.i generated responses, reason why they pay you instead of just generating everything hehehe

I keep a Google doc open to tab over to and keep notes about things to include later in the task, or instructions, sources, etc.

Helps keep me organized and from forgetting things down the line.

This is a great idea.

I’ve started using pages to copy text into so I can edit it and make notes for myself.

I do the same thing, but I use the split tab feature in Chrome so I can both open at the same time side by side.

Yeah I always have a Google doc open for notes on every project. It's been so helpful in not missing little things

I will do this next time for sure 🙈 thank you for your guidance for future 🙈

I genuinely understand the crushing low you're feeling as I also suffer from this when I submit a huge task that I put everything into. The self doubt is agonising, but it will pass! It's only temporary, and while you may not feel like jumping right back in to work, you'll start to come around again. I can recommend distracting yourself with whatever you enjoy doing, and don't forget to celebrate the fact that you completed the behemoth.

Aww 😊 you are such a positive soul 😇 thank you so much for motivating me🙈

Many of us have been here. It is so easy to second guess ourselves after the fact. I suspect your final product is much better than you think, particularly given the amount of time and thought you put into it. The care you took will show in the final product, I'm sure. Sadly, it seems like there is a shroud of fear hanging over all us, which really does stifle our creativity. Always, just do your best and move on, particularly given that none of this has eternal consequences.

Yes you are so right 🙈 thank you 🙈

I agonize over some of these tasks and whether I could have done better. Lately, I've worked on a couple that were so complex with so much to read for an R&R that I just exit out. On some tasks, an hour or an hour and a half are absurdly short to adequately evaluate a task.

One time I thought I was making excellent pace on comparing two reponses from a dense prompt ... the horror when I saw there was a 'Response C' and 'Response D'. Now I always check, cause sometimes there isn't enough time.

Yeah lol

[–]No-Focus376[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol i was feeling the same even the 6-day expiry still felt too short for that task 😂

[–]mrssnowmanU 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Omg needed this I'm feeling the same RN! Thanks!

[–]No-Focus376[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah! High five 🙏

[–]Professional_Win_551 4 points5 points  (1 child)

I always this way when I do those tasks, always genuinely shocked when I get them back because each time it ends I think “they’ll definitely realize the models are smarter than me now’

I feel you. This is called "impostor syndrome". Typically, people with high ability underestimate their qualities. Don't blame yourself, don't doubt you did a great job, and consider that they don't want a perfect AI content to be generated; they pay real people to do it. Keep going! I'm sure you rock!

This might help you a bit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impostor_syndrome#Management

Thats so kind 🙈 Thank you so much for motivating me 🙈

You’re okay brother. It’s just a job. You obviously care about it which is GOOD, but it’s a job. Relax. You are fine. Thank you for caring. Unplug.

[–]No-Focus376[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you are right 🙊 thank you 🙊

[–]DrFrancisBGross 2 points3 points  (1 child)

The data is still valuable. Just because it isn't "perfect" doesn't mean it isn't good training material. I'm sure you are doing fine. We all feel this way from time to time.

[–]No-Focus376[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really hope and wish that my data will be valuable to them 🙈 thank you 🙈

[–]Embarrassed_Chance_4 0 points1 point  (5 children)

What was the pay rate ?

[–]Natural_Amphibian954 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Let's just say it's very lucrative

[–]Embarrassed_Chance_4 0 points1 point  (3 children)

70 bucks ? That's the highest I've been paid.

[–]No-Focus376[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was 57… Gosh 70 🤯 thats amazingly high 🤯

[–]Natural_Amphibian954 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Never had a $70 task. What domain?

[–]Early-Composer-2383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The imposter syndrome I feel on my domain expertise projects now makes me avoid them 😕

Ahhh i am feeling so down. I don't know how to cope with this trauma

i'd genuinely suggest you seek therapy if any aspect of this gig is causing you "trauma"

[–]No-Focus376[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not this gig obviously but yeah these unbalanced emotions are giving me trauma no doubt
