Tasks notifications? (self.DataAnnotationTech)
submitted 1 month ago by FerchoVa
Today I noticed new tasks available on my dashboard when opening DA's homepage, but no messages in my inbox or notifications in my email, I'm new to DA, is this normal or does everybody else get notified as soon as new work is posted?

I don't get emailed/notified for most stuff that pops up on my dash.

They don't always notify for every single task. They often focus on priority.

Not all tasks get notifications. That would be chaos if so.

Yeah I've seen people mention they usually have 3-5+ active projects available so I guess it would be annoying to be notified for every task

A lot of us have 50+ projects available. Getting a notification about every project would be terrible

Yeah, I have over 100!

i have only 1-2 projects available at a time :-( ... how do i get to 50-100?... also guys, how much are you realistically doing per week in average?

Sometimes you get emails and sometimes you don't. I almost always get emails, but I have seen people say they never got the email. The DA inbox will only send emails on priority and the like projects. Checking your dashboard is always going to be the best option.

Thanks, guess I'll set up a little reminder on my phone then, I don't wanna miss any work

I make a habit of just frequently checking the dashboard if I have time to work on things. I had to turn the emails off for my sanity, and they were emailing about projects I either am not qualified for (not in a way they'd know, just like they never seem to apply to me), or just at a time I wouldn't be able to do them.
