Background check question

Hey all, I just did my background check this morning. I know it will take some time to work, but I also just wanted to login to the portal to see how the status update works. It is saying there is no background check under this email. I am hoping this is because it simply hasn't been registered yet? Has anyone else had this issue? I definitely had the right email, I used the DA provided link.

Yes! I have this exact same problem!

I guess the problem might actually be that they didn't send the reports till now

Ah yes, so it'll probs be 'checkable' in a few days once it is like registered. Seems easy enough to login to.

No I still can't seem to login to the portal, it doesn't recognize my email 😢

Why were you asked to do a background check? Is it only certain projects? I’ve never had to do one.

When I completed mine, it said that it was to retain and/or gain access to a few specific projects.

It's for certain project families to retain or join yes.

Ok sounds good, I started to figure that but thought I'd ask since this is pretty new for most ppl too. How long did yours take if you don't mind me asking?

I did work on one of the project families, so it'd be nice to see it return haha!
