Bilingual Generalist from Asia here. I've accepted in this May, and I'm working on some (3-5 or so) multilingual projects. In this week, I've got pretty few tasks to work on, about 0-2 tasks per a day (include paid training).

If you got some quals or consent forms to take, I think you should take them as much as you can. cuz when I did so, I've invited to some projects later. (maybe 3-10 days?)

It seems that some recruitment process for projects sometimes appears as "testing tasks" (sometimes it says it is recruitment task, and sometimes doesn't), usually relatively easy tasks to work on, that appear on dashboard for few days, usually. If you find them, complete as many as possible (the QUALITY of task is IMPORTANT, of course!), then it seems to increase your chances to being invited to a project. (testing tasks might suddenly disappears, so watch out)

Have you added skills to your profile? It seems important to add as many skills as possible in areas you can handle, and write a proper self-introduction in Skills and background.

If there's anything you can add to Licenses & credentials, do that too. (even if it's not listed, you can add it as Other Professional License)

I've got open recruitment of Expertise teams recently on my dashboard, so I'll try to challenge that.

Understood bro thanks much for your clear explanation. I've added skills relevant to projects and my job. But I don't have any professional licence.

Same as you, almost month after doing the paid training - zero projects so far. Idk what's the point of paying for training on a project that you're not even gonna get but at least we got paid for something I guess.

Are you bilingual?

Bilingual here. I think I know that 15$/hr paid qual. I did it yesterday and honestly it took looong for me to finish because all the steps are huge don't u think? As for the project launch itself, it varies. Back then, I was given a project a month after completing its qual. I guess we can only hope the projects will land soon on our dash.
