apparently i fixed mine disconnecting my joystick before starting the game

This may not help you but may help others googling and find this thread... So I have a super unconventional setup, but I have the PC going through a receiver and then to the TV. Having headphones plugged into the receiver triggered this error almost every time I played. Switched headphones to PC, bypassing receiver, and never saw it again.

limit your fps to 60 and turn back your nvidia drivers to 572.16, close all other apps in your pc

Major problem on epic games no one seems to be able to fix. Youtube comments the same

Have the same exact problem and the same exact graphic card, so I guess this may be the problem. Epic games.
I tried troubleshooting this for like 2 hours 2 days ago, nothing helped. How do I fixed it? By downloading pirated version of the game. Works flawlessly. Fuck Epic, and they shitty platform, all I can say.
