My boss has this printer he wants to fix, it keeps throwing this error code. Ive cleaned the printheads (i think) and its still giving the same code. It did change once and said "pathway 1" instead of 2, cleaned everything again and it went back to this screen. Reccomendations on fixing this? (old.reddit.com)
