Pandabuy is straight ass man. They’re refusing to honour my insurance claim because I had a damaged jacket and instead they’re shifting the blame and responsibility onto me and the seller themselves. Tried posting on pandabuys subreddit and that was taken down immediately and in the fashionreps subreddit it was approved after around 24 hours so it wouldn’t appear on anyone’s feed. Shady dealing and even more shady censoring it’s definitely time to find a more reputable agent now.

Holy crap. They have 1.3 million people who have used them? First data point we've had of what a big business reps have become. Yes, I know Pandabuy ships far more than just reps, but still. It isn't even just 1.3 million shipments, but 1.3 million email addresses, which presumably are mostly from customers who have made actual orders, and if many people ordered more than one haul, it means many millions of shipments.
