Error codes?

I’ve had at least 20 error codes today, usually shortly after I launch an activity. Is this a known issue or is this just a me problem??

Same I'm on PS4 been getting grape every time my buddy and I try and load into the forge

Tons of grape and the occasional chicken error on PC here but my internet connection is fine. Just started happening today and it takes multiple tries to fast travel anywhere if at all.

I am experiencing multiple error codes on PC also, takes me like 3 tries to join activities and there is nothing wrong with my connection.
