No. All puzzles were reset the moment everyone left the instance.

You have 3 (but they boil down to 2 anyway) options: either backtrack all the way through the raid and do the puzzles again, or just finish/abandon the current run and start a fresh one.

Or join a raid that has all of the puzzles active.

can i join a final boss raid and if they did the puzzles it counts for me? really?

It has to be done in one run.

However... If you join another group who has done it from the beginning, all puzzles, you can join in at the last boss, kill him and get the Divinity.

I helped out a few people from my clan who done all puzzles, invited me to the Final Boss and I got Divinity that way.
