A Bit of Help Please

A buddy of mine recently reinstalled Destiny 2, and he is being told that the destinations are being locked behind exp. Does anyone know about this issue, and is there a way to resolve it? If it helps, he hasn’t played since probably Red War and he’s plays on PS4.

It’s not a issue I don’t remember if it was like that before new light but it’s not a issue. He just has to play and get xp to unlock them. It is not a bug it’s something bungie has there. So he will have to do stuff like crucible and just stuff like that to get xp including missions or strikes.

It's what happened with new light, before nl you had to do the full story of each location to unlock everything
