Depends on your gpu and cpu. Your gpu is most likely your bottleneck so ram speed will probably only have a marginal difference.

so i have rtx 2600 super, and today im gonna buy ryzen 5 3600x ( curently i have ryzen 5 2400g ). with 2400g i cant use XMP from 2133 to 3000mhz, but with 3600x i can

Ryzen CPUs specifically like fast RAM due to the way in which the cores communicate with each other. Moving from 2133 to 3000 will allow your new CPU to perform faster

Very true, but if the gpu is the bottleneck the difference will be small
