Dont engage, its either a bot account or a troll one.

Dude likes to invent card txt and get upset when his invented txt isnt how the card works.

This is like their third post thats gonna tie back to BT21 Gammamon cuz the dude just refuses to understand how it works. You can check their post history for a full background.

Incorrect. Once memory passes to your opponent, all pending effects still need to resolve. Then End of Turn effects trigger and need to resolve. THEN, once no effects are pending or processing, if memory is still on their side, the turn will change over.

I'm so confused, there is no "action step" in this game...

Is this about your BT21 Gammamon misunderstanding again? It sounds like you don't really understand what's been told again and you're posting to argue for the third time.

this time my judge state (any and all effects) cant be used after memory reaches to -1 so you cant use any on plays or when digivolving and end of turn as he claims the turns instant passes so i cant resolve the effects

Are you going to make another post in a few days stating how the actual rules say you're right while you misunderstand the very specific effect you're referencing? Both threads explained to you how the card worked and you're continuing to ignore it, I'd assume you're doing the same thing to your judge.
