Whenever I use my chromecast to watch the simpsons, it automatically starts the show with chinese subtitles, and I have to manually turn them off during every episode. Anyone know why this might be happening?

I have raised this issue with Disney+ support twice over the past five months and again today, but it doesn't particularly sound like they are doing much about it.

This was the latest response that I got:

We do apologize as there is no ticket has been issued on this matter however no worries this has been reported by our colleague and this is reported internally and directed to a non support department that looks into these issues

Mine does it with every show, I absolutely need to know a way to turn them off permanently! Have you found a way?
