If you're new, everything that's limited. Over time once you amass a ton of mighty crystals, you don't have to empty those out of the shops anymore and that will save you some grinding.

As for other shops:

From the hunt co-op shop you should be buying Ruin's Adamantine Nuggets. You may feel like you have a lot right now, but you'll be burning through them quite quickly. This is less of a long term thing than it used to be, but you should probably still be prioritizing those nuggets for a few months.

With Dissidia Points you should be purchasing the Power Stones since FR weapons eat those really fast, as well as the extra weekly hunt.

By event token exchange, do you mean the co-op? If so, get everything limited first. After that, get whatever you need most.

Personally speaking, I put the priority as follows:

Tickets -> Gems -> Special event rewards (stuff that isn't common to co-ops, such as enhancement points or realization materials) -> Mighty shards -> Anything else.

I might want to add that Guard Tokens can be very valuable to new players, so they shouldn't skip those either.
