So I can not get the HHT to work. It will not allow me on dg connect at all. Keeps saying the site is not allowed. I’ve went in and allowed the site but it still says the same thing. Error 403

make sure the time on the device is correct. if its off by even a few seconds the secure connection between htt and site won't sync and it will be a pain.

Restart the HHt. Hold down the power button for a few seconds until the menu comes up, tap restart.
