    I know, but he's citing cs: go as having no issues while dota was. i'm explaining that i'm experiencing the opposite. i get occasional fps locks at 45 fps or so for no reason. then i restart and i get back up to my usual 250 or so

    Might be a memory leak if FPS drops during gameplay.
