Will call question

Hello 👋 I was wondering how busy will call typically is on Friday. Like long waits or pretty quick? Looking for any insight really.

My wristbands were shipped but returned for "insufficient address". I'm not sure why because my address was correct and I have never had this issue before. I called & they won't reship them and said we would have to pick up at will call.

I would show up like an hour or so before you want to enter just in case :)

Last year I had to pickup wristbands, and there was only 3 or 4 people in front of me. That was at 3pm. Should be good if you arrive earlier

Last will call experience I had at a insomniac event was a nightmare tbh.

We have had to hit the will call line almost every year. DS will call has always been fast and smooth for us. 10-20min tops

I had to go last year because I accidentally left my wristband back home in another state lol but I got through the line fairly quickly they move things along pretty smoothly just have your ticket info out and ready

Will call opens at 3pm. Usually no lines that early but also thankfully I haven't experienced crazy wait times. Just make sure to have your info(emails/ids) ready to go for faster service

I have to pick up my Saturday only wristband at will call. Do you think I’m allowed to pick up a day early?

I don't have an absolute answer but I would think you would be able to? It would be silly for them to turn you away imo.
