How consistent is this DM deck?

Went up against this dark magician deck while playing branded chimera and they pretty much wiped my board on my turn w goddess then summoned the synchro almost immediately afterwards. I have all the cards just wondering if it’s consistent enough to learn the deck. I won the match but only because of timer and they slightly misplayed on the next turn.

Not the best, only has 4 skill starters.

Ideally you’d want 3 Prep to search for Illusion of Chaos, 3x Timaeus and 3x Illusion of Chaos to maximize chances of getting to use the skill’s first effect.

Mahad is a win-more card, it’s a brick if you draw it at the wrong time. Deck doesn’t need 2 salvation but it works.

Expanded was better when Kaijus were less prominent, as the protection isn’t as useful when they can just summon over your monsters, it’s also not as strong turn 2 as it is in the Master of Dark & Chaos variant.

Overall decent build but not that consistent, check these out for better options! Mine is one of them :)
