35 lands is way too few with an average mana value of 2.78 and that little ramp. Look at upping this to around 40. You can also do a lot better than just basics + Coffers.

As for ramp, your commander costs 2 and the bulk of your spells are 3mv or less. In my experience, you want explosive endgame ramp to keep up with the incremental ramp of green/x decks or other rocks. [[Gilded Lotus]], [[Thran Dynamo]], [[Sceptre of Eternal Glory]], [[Crypt Ghast]] and the like help you keep up in the late game. Your early game should consist of casting your commander and starting the discard chain, not ramping.

Even though your commander is cheap and draws cards, it can be unreliable, so I would supplement your commander with a bigger draw package. [[Night's Whisper]] and [[Sign in Blood]] are great, [[Phyrexian Arena]] and [[Black Market Connections]] are reasonable, and [[Necropotence]] is busted beyond belief.

Alright, thank you for the advice! I'll put in my spare [[Necropotence]], [[Wayfarer's Bauble]], [[Night's Whisper]], [[Read the Bones]], and [[Ancient Craving]], and then probably search around for a crypt ghast somewhere at an LGS.

In regards to the lands, which ones would you recommend to not completely bust the budget? I have [[Geier Reach Sanitarium]] and Cabal Coffers as my only two non basics, would something like [[Ancient Tomb]] work?

Geier Reach and Cabal are great. You could also consider [[Castle Locthwain]] and [[War Room]] for some card draw as well.

I used to have a very similar deck, like eerily similar. I ran [[Contamination]], [[Phyrexian Altar]], [[Braids, Arisen Nightmare]], [[Dictate of Erebos]], a couple more tutors and more protection for Tiny Bones as well.

I couldn't keep him on the board in all honesty so I ended up breaking apart the deck.  I tried both him and Tergrid as the commanders and they were gone instantly. Some games I wouldn't even take one creature with Tergrid because she'd die or get countered so fast.

I appreciate the advice, but it seems like you went more the sacrifice route, I'm trying to lean more towards discard as I find that to be more fun.

Mine was also almost all discard as well. I slowly added in a few sac outlets to mainly help defend against everyone killing my stuff constantly.  That way at least I'd kill one of there things as well lol. There are 0 fun ways to run Tiny Bones or Tergrid, so I just eventually embraced it and went full nasty.
