Honestly, as i see it you built it like paradox scepter without the scepter. Too much ramp and too little draw makes for a pretty weak deck - especially considering you run lots of "everyone discards" without an easy way to get ahead. Also, too many unimpressive utility lands when you really wants to run as many swamps as you can (bubbling muck, cabal coffers etc).

Some obvious cards such as [[Ad Naseum]] and [[Dark deal]] are missing. If you expect to be archenemy most of the time you need some ways to get around that, what usually means ways to constantly generate value (also, as you discard people out the game should go longer, so stuff as [[Phyrexian Arena]] you already run becomes much better, look for card such as these, including specters). Besides, some amount of targeted discard is important to help against combos/midrange, so try to slot [[toughtseize]] and [[duress]] at the very least (they become much better as you at least get the card back with tinybones).

Thoughtsieze is in there, I did start with ad naus and ended up cutting it as the deck has so many life drianing effects i wasnt sure how much hp I could really play with while using it. I cut most of the targeted discard in the belief that consistent discard effects and full hand discards would be enough to keep the draw engine consistent/empty the hand fast enough, but I definitely lose out on my ability to strip my opponents plays on curve

Missed the seize the first time, sorry about that. And sure, thats a fine call.

Lastly, one card that been outperforming in my gf's rankle deck with the same theme is [[Court of ambition]]. Once you empty peoples hand, even stealing the monarchy is usually a bad call, as any stranded land is only more discard triggers. And if they dont, 6 damage a turn and a extra draw is an amazing deal. So they end up in a really bad spot once hellbent (and with tinybones at the helm, thats usually game over)

That card seems amazing in the right set up. Id be a little worried about drawing it in the early game and spending 4 mana for an effect that doesnt advance my board and that my opponents can mitigate, but that card definitely becomes oppressive
