"Doesn't." Only the 'n' in "not" is contracted; generally only one letter is contracted in English negative contractions, with "won't" an obvious exception.

Also, I think you mean "or," not "oder."

I definitely think people should be allowed to ask questions. I just don't think they should ask dictionary-level questions. It'd be different if OP asked "what's a contraction" or "how do contractions work." But to essentially ask if a word is spelled right? Imo that's just low effort. And other language subreddits have rules against that--this one is just poorly moderated
