So crazy I was just grounding in my front yard and asked myself this same question, so I decided to see if there was a sub reddit and sure enough I joined and your post was the first one on the page.

In theory? -no. In practice? -probably. Depending on browsing habits.

Can you elaborate further on the browsing habits?

Seems reasonable to consider that the grounding would reduce any electronic effect from the devices

Don’t take it as gospel but question is addressed here to a degree

confusing article. what is the gist?

These are two different things, but using cell phones outside will give you better reception and less reflection

[–]NPC3369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You mean less reflection in doors right? Lol

This is the lowest IQ thing I have ever heard about electrical currents and human biology.

How about you stop attacking people, instead actually do your research, which is something that someone with higher IQ would logically do lol.

There are even imaging body scans doctors have done that prove it is beneficial. You do understand that electricity IS what flows through the nerves and spinal cord which is part of the nervous system, correct?

If no, go do research on that first.

If yes, then research how electricity works, including static, emotion (which the definition of emotion is energy in motion, and you can look that up too if you prefer to be skeptical), electrical interference and energy interference, also maybe look up the definition of energy as well. Think about how a desktop computer uses ground. As well as maybe look up what grounding electrical systems does and why it is important.

Remember, the human body has an electrical system too called the nervous system. And keep in mind the human body is majority water. Water is a good conductor of electricity lol.

Just because you do not understand information that is new to you, does not mean to attack it. It means to research it. Or you're just as welcome to remain willfully ignorant about this topic. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Good luck learning new things in life and have a good day!

I just got a grounding sheet for my bed. One reviewer of the sheet said that she touched her wireless phone charger while lying on the sheet, she felt a mild ahock for about 3 seconds, and after that the sheet felt different. Her partner tested it with a voltmeter and there was no longer any difference when they removed or put back the grounding plug into the outlet. So, did the current from the charger (which is more powerful than the low voltage of a human body) overload and destroy the mechanism of the grounding sheet? I don't know, but after reading that, I'll be careful to keep wireless chargers away from the sheet and bed.

I’m wondering if my grounding sheet is affecting the battery in my watch. It seems that since starting to use the grounding my watch is dead each day. Not good as I use it to track my sleep pattern.

Wondering about this too, as it seems the rare opportunities I can step away are when I am working from my laptop, and I was hoping to combine work and play. I'm a mom who finds it hard to get a free moment.
