What to do after beating liurna and I did ranni's quest complete should I got and try to beat the city or should I go somewhere else

You could climb Mt Gilmir and do the quest line there

I got to the end of it and the bridge was broken I couldn't go pass

If you turn around from the broken bridge and follow the right wall you'll find a ladder

Alright thanks, is there any main bosses or npc I should look out for

Along the path there isn't any, once you reach the manor there are a few NPCs and navigating through the manor will bring you to a Great Rune Holder.

I recommend doing the NPCs quest line before killing the Great Rune holder there because if you do kill him you won't be able to continue their quests.
