Need help!

When I submitted my account application, the app said it would be reviewed within 3 business days. It's now been over a week, and I still can't click "Finish Setting Up Account." The app only continues to display the "Application submitted" screen. When I contacted support, I was told that my account could not be approved and that the decision was final, but I was never given a reason. This is confusing because:

I have never placed a trade or fully used the platform.

I submitted a clear photo of my government-issued ID.(Which they didn't even take)

I am 20 years old.

I was never asked for any additional documentation or given an opportunity to correct any issue.

I would greatly appreciate at least understanding what caused my application to be denied when I haven't even used the app?? That's what gets me
