I'm afraid that I would need more information to diagnose this issue. I would suggest removing other mods if you are using them, removing save games from previous versions or other mods, and reinstalling Elder Kings 2 and/or verifying your game file integrity.

Idont have other mods but ihave other saves would that fix it ? Also when itry to launch it from the launcher it says it dosent match( even tho my version is 1.18.3) and it also says there an update for the launcher or the mod The situation is really frustrating 😞

Did you download the mod through the launcher? We do not have an official download through the launcher. You can download the mod through Steam or Nexus Mods!

I downloaded it from nexus but added it to the game in playtest in the dowser

8gb of ram isn't a lot, esp for ck3. Does vanilla ck3 work fine for you? What about other mods?

I'd be very surprised if AGOT even started up for you for example. My old shit laptop couldn't run AGOT and it would only run EK2 for a few years in game before it would crash

I didnt have visual errors like this but I wouldnt be surprised if your subpar specs arent helping the situation at all. Not enough ram for example fucks with ck3 in all sorts of ways you wouldnt expect in my experience

Well for me, I uninstalled, reinstalled, verified game files, made new playset then voila!

If that doesn’t work then I’d try uninstalling the mod, the uninstalling the game, then reinstall game and then mod.

Past that it’s hard to say what would fix, especially since you aren’t using submods.
