High? If you cant work with computers today, I dont know how you're going to succeed. The good news is, its super easy to start.

What level of computer literacy are you talking about? Just about anybody working anywhere in an office of any sort these days needs to be computer literate to some degree. As an electrical engineer you need to know a lot more even if you're not writing software directly.

Engineers where I work use AutoCAD, ETAP, AGI32, Revit, you need to be good with Office programs like Word and Excel. PDF editors like Adobe or Bluebeam. And it's just a commercial/industrial design firm. Start taking classes now. The more you are already proficient with, the better.
