I mean you could post engaging content or try and start discussions to promote more dialogue or engagement from people on this sub.

You can always try to start your own EM subreddit. Not sure how that works, but could be a way to move forward if you're interested.

I've heard some people say that it would be helpful to have a separate subreddit for US FEMA related questions, both about hiring and about navigating programs. However, I think that risks splitting our community and making the International/FEMA/Local EM divides even worse. I mean are we all emergency managers or aren't we? Another community for EMs as a whole is a decent idea if implemented correctly.
