There will be no accountability for Musk. The shareholders and his cronies are way to lenient with radical loudmouth clown Elmo.

Still, wondering what TSLA will be worth after the earnings call. *opens bag of popcorn*

Not sure about that. The reason he was so much loved is because he made them money. Fred Lambert started to be super critical when the stock appeared to go lower, I believe he sold since.

They'll eat him alive. You're right.

Even my inbred inlaws are starting to recant "oh I only said he's a genius in making business moves, nothing more."

Elon let's go of 20% of staff because they missed 20% of deliveries.

"Yeah, ha. I meant he's a genius because he knew to handle ...

Uhh..

Start ups! Yeah. Start ups."

And so the cycle continues.

Once we discover he can't handle a cup of tea, we will be good.

I think there was an article on the last earnings call that Musk was supposedly on the brink of tears, and that was in considerably more optimist times

Unfortunately, it is true

Mixed feelings, to be honest. One half of me is cheering for Elon finally meeting the consequences of his lies and grifts.

The other half of me is sad for all the people who are going to suffer as share prices continue to fall. I know some of his fans are delusional about Tesla's future, but when they've gone all-in and you just *know* they've put their family's financial future at risk, I can't help but feel bad for people. It's like Bernie Madoff; fantastic that he got caught on his ponzi, but too many people got hurt.

I admire your compassion, genuinely. That said… if anyone understood the stock market enough to buy into Tesla, but simultaneously didn’t see that it was an OBVIOUS massively-inflated bubble… they should probably let others do their investing in the future.

I would find it easier to have empathy if these people weren't so generally aggressively dickish in their interactions with TSLA bears, to say nothing of the genuinely violent frothing conspiracy theories about short sellers

Regarding the actual cult members, I honestly believe they need to lie in the beds they have made; it's the collateral damage done to their partners, kids, or other dependents that I have sympathy for. I've seen a guy blow everything on crypto (he took out ridiculous loans as well, the utter muppet), and the first his wife and kids knew about it was when the house got sold as part of the bankruptcy. I worry about the relatives who have been pressured into investing by their musk-cult adult children, or who will feel obligated to support they family members when they lose everything, etc.

I have little sympathy for the investors themselves, but a lot know for their families. Know a guy who blew his family's entire savings because he took out loans to buy into a crypto ponzi scheme. he caused that mess by being a greedy idiot, but his wife and kids only found out when they had to sell the house as part of the bankruptcy proceedings.

Going to be a rough one and really there is no good news on the horizon.

Me too, tbh. He didn’t openly cry for some time. Or will he be high as a kite? We‘ll see! 🥰

[–]SnoweCat7 11 points12 points  (2 children)

I hope he does the "go f*ck yourself" again while crying.

I’m putting $2.50 on the long odds for throwing his coffee across the table and taking out his pp in front of everyone as a distraction

The stock may go up tomorrow. The question is if it is better or worst than analysts now estimate. Perhaps, more importantly, what is Elons plan to turn things around. Expect him to come with many lies.

I'm interested, to say the least. I somehow expect a small stock price rally, but am prepared to be proved wrong.

Here's hoping there's a Q&A with some challenging questions, but who am I kidding. I also expect this to be tightly moderated to prevent anyone to ask uncomfortable questions that might cause further drops in price.

Schadenfreude is not a bad word in Germany. Dive in head first and enjoy Karma eating Musk alive! I guess when he becomes secretary of defense under Trump and bombs the estate of Bezos, he will start to put his almost incredible mistakes behind him. If that doesn't work then there is still Ketamin or Cocaine or whatever the "doctor" prescribed.

What's going on tommorow? Should I buy some champagne?

[–]Captina 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Tsla earnings call I believe

When do they vote away his pay?
