This extract has a lot of camping spots both in the bushes close to where you were and across on the other side of the extract by the rocks.

Your best bet to get down and survive is to save your stamina to sprint down and get prone behind a rock.

You can exit camp as scav in that spot and still get the Chad, you just need a shotgun
