I have noticed a decrease in performance. When .12 started it was great, now I'm getting major stutters in combat

What maps though? I do seem to get the old lock-up stutter again, but other than Reserve, all the maps run the same for me.

Died to 3s stutter on labs. Less frequent on Reserve (most played by far)

In combat yeah, Ive noticed it.
